Gripping the club
Millions of people throughout the world play golf but very few go on to be good golfers.

Why is this? Starting with the single most important fundamental in golf "The Grip" is the way to master this game. The golf grip is the most important aspect of the golf swing, it is your only means of contact with the club, and subsequently the ball. Having a neutral balanced grip is essential to controlled and consistent play. There are three grip choices that a player may incorporate into their swing:

• Baseball Grip - The little finger of the lower hand is interlocked with the forefinger of the upper hand
• Overlapping Grip - The little finger of the lower hand is overlapped with the forefinger of the upper hand
• Interlocking Grip - Useful for Children or those with weak hands as all 10 fingers are used to grip the glove

The Staygripped™ Training System can be used in conjunction with all three types. It is thought that less than 20% of high handicapped golfers have an effective natural or neutral grip.

Ask your local golf professional to help you with your set-up and your ideal grip, and the Stay Gripped™ Training System will ensure that your hands remain in position throughout the dynamics of your swing, promoting greater club face accuracy and ultimately an improved golf game.
