Formation of Contract

sent you an email confirming our acceptance of your order (whether
or not you receive that email). We reserve the right to refuse
to accept any order.

3. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch and
JCB. We will charge credit or debit cards upon shipment or
downloading of images or data in accordance with our contract.
4. When goods are sent outside the European Economic
Area, you will be responsible for paying all sales and local
taxes in the country of receipt.

2. You may copy or print in hard copy parts of our
website only for the purpose of placing an order with us. You

name of Staygripped in England and Wales and/or other
countries. Other product or company names contained in our

for all information and data you send to us and you agree that
such information and data will not violate the right of any

2. When you order goods or services from us, you will
be provided with a full description of those goods. You will
also be informed of the price of those goods, including any
local or sales taxes, as applicable only in the United Kingdom.
3. The cost involved in communicating with us by internet
and email depends wholly on the cost of the provider of your
internet service connection. We have no control over the cost
of communicating with us by internet and email.
4. Any offer we make will remain open for 30 days
after which we reserve the right to amend our offer. Please
ensure that you check with us at to the latest price of goods
before confirming your order.
5. You have a right to cancel any order you make within
7 working days unless you have, within that period, given us
express authority to perform the contract. Once performance
of the contract has started with your consent, you lose the
right to cancel the contract. For the avoidance of doubt, you
will be deemed to have given your consent and waived the right
to cancel if you download images from our website. Please note
that this right does not apply if you order goods that are
specifically made to your specifications or that are clearly
personalised.
6. We will deliver goods to the address given if within
the United Kingdom within 30 days of your order, and otherwise
as soon as practicable.
Returns Policy
1. If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all
of the goods received and want to exercise your right to cancel
our contract, you can return any of the goods to us for an
exchange or refund, providing each is returned to the above
address within 30 days from the date of the order or 7 working
days from the date after you receive the goods (whichever is
longer).
2. For the avoidance of doubt, this applies only to
goods sent you to in the post and not to images or information
downloaded from our website. Once you have downloaded images
or information from our website, you have given us your authority
to commence performance of the contract (ie. by making the
images or information available to you to download) and waive
the right to cancel the contract.
3. You will be responsible for the cost of returning
goods for refund or exchange.
4. We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery
